Request for Credit: Overseas Travel in Final Week

Please carefully review the following conditions before submitting your credit request.

1. A valid flight ticket must be provided to substantiate the overseas travel.
2. The credit request is limited to one (1) lesson credit per term,
3, The credit request is applicable only for the final week’s lesson of the regular term.
4. The approved credit will remain in the student’s name for six (6) months from the date of approval.
5. The credit request must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days before the final week of the term.
